Sea Sickness bands aren’t just for sea sickness, but also for things like traveling in a car, when you get motion sickness, or anything similar. They are used highly in pregnancies and if you find yourself in one of the situations they help you with, you might need to get one or two!
If you find yourself pregnant and having morning sickness, or really any sort of nausea at all, you should try them out. They really work well, and for being a simply wristband they really do quite a lot. Just by applying pressure on the right spot or spots if you want to wear more than one, on your wrists, this form of acupressure really is amazing because it is extremely simple but very effective. Most people who wear them report being less dizzy, not having the same level of nausea and overall just feel better.
During your pregnancy you might run into a few different methods for curing your sickness and the ones you might want to stay away from are the ones that contain any sort of cure being a form of medication. Don’t be fooled into paying a lot of money when you can get a seaband for very cheap and it can do wonders. If you do get one and it doesn’t seem to work for you, there are other forms that might work, but with everyone being different sometimes you don’t know until you try it. I suggest starting out cheap and simple and moving up, and staying away from medicine for your morning sickness until you’ve tried other methods.

You can wear seabands on one wrist, or both wrists. They only take a few seconds to put on and find the right spot then you can go about your day and forget you have them on. Even if you use it while using other methods of removing nausea or morning sickness that is great. It doesn’t hurt to try multiple methods because as everyone knows, we are all different and certain methods work better for different people.
There are other things you can do to reduce morning sickness like I stated before such as eating the right kind of food, especially in the morning before you even get out of bed. A dry biscuit or dry toast has been reported to settle the stomache and make expecting mothers to be feel better, and that is a pretty good start. Make sure to drink a lot of healthy beverages. Water, milk, juice are all good, but stay away from carbonated drinks such as soda. If you do drink tea or coffee do so in moderation or not at all, as those are not really suggested as good healthy drinks. Alcohol obviously should not be an option because besides probably worsening your nausea it is harmful to your baby.
The seaband is an easy, effective, simple way to prevent motion sickness, morning sickness, nauea, and tons of forms of dizziness, and it does it easily and without a lot of hassle. If you have heard things about it but haven’t used one yet, be the first of your friends to employ this awesome wristband and you can show everyone you know about them after you realize that they actually do work! They are inexpensive, non-medicated and completely easy to use and keep around. They are inexpensive, especially when compared to other methods for curing or easing morning sickness.

The fact that acupressure can prevent sea sickness, motion sickness, morning sickness and all forms nasaeu is really quite amazing because it does it without you having to ingest or take any sort of medicine to succeed. There have been studies reporting that women who wear the band have significantly less nausea than the women in the trial who did not. Another study showed that women who wore the seaband had their nausea reduced by up to 70% on average. That is really quite amazing and it basically points to the fact there is no reason you shouldn’t be wearing it right now!
There are other things that they can do for you as well, such as reduce your anxiety, lower depression and subside your hostility. These are all great things to reduce, and things you definitely do not want around when you are an expecting mother.
There is no reason not to order one right now, and whats more is that you can wash them 5 times before they even start to show signs of losing their elasticity. They are still going to work, but the times you wash them after that they will become less effective. That’s why when you order them they come with more than one most of the time.
